The rooms are small but clean and attractive. Breakfast does need attention, more seating needs to be available especially for familes. When we arri ed for breakfast, food was out and had to wait a while for more food. There should also be more coffee readily available.

Stylish and comfortable. Rooms smaller than avg. but not a problem for me. My only complaint was that the mini splits heater response to the remote thermostat control was quirky for a while. At 11:15 PM, so one was in the office to address that, but it fortunately resolved on its own. The breakfast buffet is amazing!! Best I've ever seen outside of a 5-star hotel. Staff very pleasant.

Place is very nice but customer service lacks. Our heat didn’t work in our room and front desk said “it just takes a while to warm up”. After getting blankets, and nothing from front desk girl we sucked it up and slept the night. In the morning I mentioned again about the heat and was told I should have said something! I responded I had and front desk girl said NO you didn’t! Liar liar pants on fire! If you do t mind being told you are a liar and being cold, then it’s a great place but I expect professionalism when it comes to customer service.

The breakfast has a great assortment of healthy options and the staff is very friendly and efficient. We love the decor and the ambience of the rooms and of the restaurant. This is where we stay when we are traveling from Phoenix to Denver and back, which we do about once every three months.

Room wast super cute, staff was so corespondent when they knew we were arriving late. Cross country tripping. My service dog was in car when I brought in bags and I tripped on a hide rug. Only suggestions: Rugs that don’t move, but more of them bec this time of year the floors are frozen. Also, if you offer breakfast waffles isn’t for everyone. I’m not vegan; but I have so many allergies sometimes just having toast and jam is a life saver. Waffles have egg and dairy. We were staving when we got in but decided to eat snacks in that we had, the menus didn’t have anything without dairy or egg. Day or night.
