This will be my first review. After having stayed at the Pulitzer in Amsterdam, and 5 star hotels in Paris, I always aim to get the same experience while traveling Brasil. This hotel is cute, service is by far the best i have ever had anywhere in the world, it feels like you have the whole hotel to your self. Pool area, spa and Gym is fully loaded and amazing, you can reserve these amenities to your self. We did not want to leave, the staff is like family and always there to take care of you. The rooms are amazing, there is nothing negative to say about this place.

O hotel Valle D’incanto faz jus ao nome. É um lugar encantador! Cada detalhe parece que foi projetado para o seu bem-estar. É impressionante como os funcionários, todos eles, são extremamente atenciosos com você e realmente cuidam de cada aspecto da sua estadia. Você não tem que se preocupar com nada e se algo faltar, se algo não estiver no lugar certo ou precisar de alguma coisa, basta solicitar que eles fazem tudo para lhe oferecer o que você está precisando. Nunca vivi isso, e olha que já me hospedei em vários tipos de hotéis, desde resorts all inclusive mais bem avaliados do BR, até hotéis mais caros que o Valle aqui mesmo em Gramado. Todos os funcionários são maravilhosos, mas preciso destacar cinco deles que fizeram toda a diferença: a Denise e a Samira na recepção; O Moacir, a Mari e o Vilson, no café da manhã, chá da tarde e no restaurante a noite. Esses são demais! Se pudesse descrevê-los em uma frase seria: a educação, gentileza e atendimento que eles proporcionam fazem você ficar constrangido, de um jeito bom, é claro! Além dos funcionários, vale ressaltar que café da manhã e o chá da tarde são espetaculares (o melhor chocolate quente da cidade). Quanto à estrutura, o hotel é lindo ! As roupas de camas no quarto exalam um perfume incrivelmente bom. Os lugares de circulação do hotel são acanhados, mas cheios de charme e de encantamento. É um lugar gigante em satisfação. Você se sente completo aqui.
