Check in process was a headache . The front desk ladies weren’t helpful or cared to find a solution. Upon booking they advised we needed my son birth certificate but no where in the booking was that advised . Good thing we did have it . The hotel is great ! In a good area. I would recommend better front desk to assist since it is the face of the hotel stay and interactions .

We had a great experience in this hotel . Location excellent in front of the main square. The room is clean , simple , rustic . The bathroom was okay , with hot water . The breakfast needs some improvement. The hotel has a rooftop terrace very nice ! If you are a VIP Expedia customer the cocktails are free . The weather was perfect you are allowed to smoke and the singer was great . The staff was friendly . Thank you
