So dirty. The floors, the walls, the bedding was probably not washed, cigarette burns in the bedding and the pillow cushions had yellow stains on them. Even the towels looked dirty, I didn’t feel comfortable sitting anywhere. I stayed a few hours and left and immediately took a shower. Will never return, would never recommend.

Arrivé en début de soirée, on nous donne la chambre correspondant à notre réservation. Et là en rentrant dedans une grosse odeur de cigarette. L’hôtel est pourtant un non fumeur et cela est écrit partout même dans les chambres. On demande à changer de chambre, on nous met dans une seconde chambre qui est pire à l’odeur, on demande à changer et dans la 3e chambre cela est toujours pareil. On demande alors un remboursement et on quitte les lieux, nous ne pouvons pas accepter une prestation aussi mauvaise et surtout une odeur de cigarette très importante alors qu’il s’agit d’un lieu non fumeur. C’est scandaleux, c’est un hôtel à éviter !

Mi experiencia en este hotel lamentablemente fue negativa y no recomendaría hospedarme nuevamente. Al llegar, la primera impresión fue de inseguridad: durante el check-in, una persona se acercó a intimidarme, lo que me hizo sentir muy incómoda. En la habitación, el olor era desagradable, mezcla de humedad, viejo y cigarro. Encontré bichos en el baño, las sábanas presentaban manchas, los vidrios estaban sucios y la puerta mostraba restos de grafiti debajo de una mala pintura. El mueble del baño estaba sucio y roto, y el elevador tenía mal olor, estaba sucio, con grafiti y en malas condiciones. Otro punto negativo fue que, aunque el hotel ofrecía desayuno, al llegar informaron que no lo tenían disponible. Ya era tarde y por eso decidí no cancelar, pero de haberlo sabido antes, habría buscado otra opción. Lo único rescatable fue la ubicación, que es céntrica y conveniente, así como que la habitación contaba con una pantalla nueva. En general, la falta de limpieza, mantenimiento y seguridad hacen que este hotel no cumpla con lo mínimo esperado para una estancia cómoda. No regresaría ni lo recomendaría.

Unsafe and disgusting! Do not stay here!

Absolutely awful! Obvious shady deals going on. People sleeping in what looked like broken down vehicles in the parking lot. Turned on the tv and the very first channel was extreme adult content. Filthy conditions. Found hair in the shower, sink, and intertwined in the towels. Bottom of the bathroom door looked chewed up. Dirty floors. Shower curtain looked like there was blood on it. We reserved two rooms for two nights did not stay the second day. Decided we would rather drive all the way back to our home state after my daughter's wedding then have to stay another night. Couldn't wait to get out of there!
