The room and bathroom was clean although the bathroom was a bit outdated and had a clogging issue. It was resolved by calling the hotel right away. The front desk staff was courteous. The concierge gave us incorrect information about how to pay an airport bus. We were told we can pay by cash or credit card, but the bus driver said no cash only credit card.

We had a wonderful stay at The President Hotel. Its about a 5-10 min walk to Myeongdong Street. There are 711s in the area. Close to the Euljiro Subway station. Walking distance to Lotte Department store. Great hotel. Amazing staff. Would stay there again!
