房間不乾淨，髒亂又有異味

房間非常髒，入住時地板有許多棉絮及紙屑，廁所還有股臭味，一直無法消散。電源供應很不穩定，一直跳電，每晚都被熱醒三、四次，睡眠品質很差。唯一優點是飯店離地鐵站很近。

It's pretty darn good for the price. I got very lucky and found some close, on street parking. Personally, that was my biggest concern. Every side of the street has very specific parking info and fire hydrants are black, so just look for that. The room was basic and adequate. As others have said, there is no micro or fridge in the room. I brought a cooler and don't bring stuff for a micro. There is access to microwaves in the downstairs common area where tea and coffee are served. I went for coffee late Saturday morning and there was no milk or creamer to be found, so I didn't have a taste. I appreciate the effort, but would love some powdered creamer or something as an option. As others have said, there is no full size mirror in the rooms for fit checks, do the best you can in the bathroom. And in our case, I brought a hair dryer as I read there isn't one in the room, and the outlets in the bathroom didn't work. So I did my best. Also, there is no lid on the toilet. But again, for the price and location, these things are minor. The beds are comfy, the heat worked great, people were quiet, and it's on the list of places to stay when we go back.

Comfortable room with easy check in but many missing amenities. Bathroom fan didn't work and there was a lot of visible water damage to wooden surfaces which left us concerned for mold growth.

The staff put shampoo instead of hand soap in the dispenser above the bathroom sink. Then they deceptively tore off the label so we wouldn't notice they weren't providing hand soap, which is a health code violation. I could still see the "oo" from the "Shampoo" label, and it smelled and foamed exactly like the shampoo in the shower dispenser. I asked for hand soap and they changed it, but that doesn't change the deception. I hadn't noticed the "oo" on the dispenser til the morning, the soap smelled the same as my shampoo when I showered. Gross, all that time I hadn't been properly washing my hands, and this is cold and flu season. There isn't carpeting, so at least they're less likely to have bedbugs. I like that checkout is 12pm. I like that they had tea downstairs, I didn't like it that they didn't keep it stocked. I've had better coffee at truckstops though.

Para brasileiros: Cama muito confortável, quarto espaço, banheiro espaçoso com um chuveiro ótimo. Funcionários muito educados. O hotel fica a 100 m da estação Flushing linha M e linha J. Do hotel ao sul de Manhattan dá 15 minutos de metrô. Ate a região do central Park 30 min. Fomos em uma época cara ( maratona de NYC) os hotéis em Manhattan estavam caríssimos. Conseguimos esse hotel por metade do preço e o dobro do conforto. Não é uma região bonita ou turística. É uma avenida feia. Porém é realmente muito perto do metrô. Não tem café da manha, mas o hotel deixa café, chá, leite e água o dia todo a disposição. Na mesma quadra tem uma mercearia que faz lanches deliciosos a preços ótimos. Então eu comprava lá bagel tostado com cream cheese (USD 2,50) e levava pra tomar com o café do hotel. A noite, eu pedia o sanduíche de pão francês com proteína e salada ( peito de peru, salmão, pastrami)… enorme, divide para duas pessoas (USD 9) foi minha quarta vez em NY e a primeira fora de Manhattan, não me arrependo, valeu mto a pena. Na mesma quadra do hotel tem uma Burligton com preços melhores que Manhattan ( só descobri no último dia) , vale a pena garimpar lá.

Staff was not Supportive. Staff started to check me in and then another member of the staff started talking to him, he decided they were more important, fine, but after a while I no longer wanted to wait since i was in the middle of being helped. Would not rec staying here or using Hotels.com. No one actually cares
