Super convenient stay just 5 mins from Jeju Airport. Clean and comfy, with strong water pressure and late-night eats nearby. Room got a bit warm at times, but overall still a solid pick for a short stopover — would book again!

Located central in (new) Jeju, everything is easy to reach. A Bus stop with Buses going to the Airport & (old) Jeju is directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is big and very delicious. The rooms were as expected: Tidy & modern.

This is what my parent tall me.

Over all, everything was good for staying a day off. We had a breakfast but it wasn't that good but it could be reasonable with the price.

We are aware it was summer that we should not use air con - however the ventilation system was really bad and our room temperature was around 26 degrees. We asked for a portable fan however the next day we also found that there was a leak during the night which the hotel staff arranged another room for us. The staff service was really good but there is some hardware to fix

Entire hotel is super hot with no ac. We check in to our room, turn the AC down to 20C from 25. We leave and come back later to find our room up to 26. I mentioned it to the front desk and they told me that I had to turn the AC all the way down to 18 for it to actually work because, in their words, it's not like normal house AC. Which still didn't make any sense because how did we set it to 20 but then when we came back it was hotter than when we left?? So they made me feel like I was crazy, meanwhile my mom has a heart condition and was about to pass out from the heat. They finally send a maintenance guy up and he said yup it's broken. They switch us to another room with AC that slightly works. We turn it all the way down to 18 and over the entire time that we were there the lowest it got was 24. I'm someone who needs to be cold when I sleep and I got like zero sleep the entire time. Ruined the stay for me.

번화가 중심에 있어 이동하기 좋고 프론트 직원분께서 주차등록도 해주셔서 편하게 출입 할 수 있었어요! 수건도 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 저층을 배정받았는데 밤에는 번화가앞이라 유동인구가 많아 조금 시끄러웠지만 문제될건 없었습니다. 재방문 의사도 있습니다!

전체적으로 다 좋았어요 복도 소음이 좀 크게 들리긴 하는데 깨끗하고 이상한 냄새 안 나고 분위기도 편안하고 어메니티도 귤향인지 자몽향인지 상큼한 향이 나서 아침저녁으로 제주 여행 기분 만끽했습니다! 다른 리뷰에 바닥에 검은 곰팡이 있었다고 하는데 제가 보기엔 오히려 검은 도색이 벗겨지면서 하얀색이 보인 것 같았어요.. 신경쓰일 정도는 아니었던 것 같아요

큰 기대안하시면 그럭저럭 만족스럽게 묵을수 있는 곳

룸상태는 좋은편이였는데 화장실에 타일 사이사이에 검은 곰팡이가 잔뜩 끼고 대형 수건들에서는 하얀 먼지인지 보풀이 계속 묻어나와서 얼굴이나 몸을 닦으면 그 보풀같은게 온몸에 다 묻어서 굉장히 불편했습니다. 호텔 전체적인 분위기 조용하지만 옆방인지 다른방에서 문닫는 소리나 진동이 고스란히 느껴져서 깜짝 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 소리가 꽤 크게들렸음.. 옆건물 공사중이라 시끄러울줄 알았는데 생각보다 훨 조용했고 잠귀가 밝은편은 아니여서 그랬는지 어쨌는지 여튼 불편함 없었습니다. 단지 뷰는 포기하고 가셔야 함. 커텐 걷으면 공사장똬악~~ㅋㅋㅋ 모든 직원분들 아주 상냥하십니다. 조식은 하나하나 다 맛있지만 종류가 가격대에 비해 많은편은 아니었습니다. 가성비 not bad.
