Great place

Super friendly staff, an issue arose, I told them in the morning as I went out to explore the city, they had it fixed before I got back after lunch. This place is close to both train stations, a short walk to the river side. Of o ever get the chance to visit again I will be staying here!

I had the best stay. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very clean, which I truly appreciate. On top of that, I must say — what an amazing staff. Everyone was smiling, happy, friendly, and incredibly polite. I have now returned home to Copenhagen, and I honestly miss the hotel and the life I had during my vacation. I will never forget the sweet birthday surprise at breakfast, with music playing and a cake delivered by the hotel. I have never experienced anything like that in my life. It is a memory I will carry with me forever. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hard work every single day. I work in hospitality myself — well done, guys. See you another time. I can highly recommend this hotel, and it is conveniently located close to everything.

From pre-arrival communication to post check-out the staff has been extremely professional, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel was walking distance to most touristic sites, restaurants and cafes. Room sizes are generous and amenities at the roof level were a treat to use. Thank you.

Nice hotel in a quiet area but within walkable distance to all the tourist spots. Room was of a nice size - carpet could do with a good clean (brown probably not a good choice!). However, sound proofing not fantastic - I could hear the neighbouring room and people coming back late at night talking in the corridors - not somewhere for sensitive sleepers
