Our house flooded again so we used the second time since September. Even though they’re going through construction so comfortable, the staff is amazing and friendly, and the breakfast is 5 stars(they had biscuits and country gravy this morning). Thank you staff so much. We are still getting the flood damage fixed but had to go home to monitor, but we wished we could’ve stayed another 2 days.

We had to suffer a hot room through our stay due to the air conditioning not working. Most may be able to deal but I become ill in too much heat and sleep on a cooler than usual room. There was no one on duty to fix and the only option was to wait till the following day after check in. This also was not a resolution because our holiday plans did not enable us to be there to change rooms.
