Un hôtel à ne choisir qu’en dernier recours !

On a passé une nuit car c’était un arrêt prévu vers notre destination finale à Gdansk. On a été déçu par l’hôtel car il était vieux et mal entretenu.Notre chambre n’était pas très propre mais quand même spacieuse. Le personnel était accueillant et gentil…il était de bonne volonté mais ils ne pouvaient pas faire de miracle.on a dîné sur place et le repas était bon et pas cher mais le petit déjeuner était décevant. Un point positif..c’est la cadre avec l’étang et le coin de verdure..on a dîner sur la terrasse avec une très belle vue

Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Fahrräder und SUP-Boards konnten wir im Haus unterstellen. Leider haben sie die Logistik der Küche und des Restaurants nicht wirklich im Griff. Nur Englisch sprechende Bedienung im Restaurant ist für uns kein Problem, in der Region aber eher ungewöhnlich. Wenn man nach sehr langem Warten dann ein Gericht bekommt, was man gar nicht bestellt hat, braucht es soliden Humor, um sich nicht zu ärgern. Geschmacklich ist die Küche ok. Das Haus hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und könnte etwas frische Farbe vertragen.

War schon mal besser, aber kann man buchen

Tolle landschaftliche Lage! Leider geht das Hotel in die zweiten Besitzer über mit entsprechenden Einschränkungen, vorhandene Außenanlagen nicht mehr so liebevoll gepflegt, wie wahrscheinlich vorher, Speisekarte chinesisch am brandenburger See gewöhnungsbedürftig (Essen ist aber gut!), Service na ja: Sehr aufmerksam bemüht, aber keine professionell HotelAusgebildete Kräfte, Kommunikation am besten auf englisch. Von einer asiatischen Familie sicher liebevoll bemüht geführt, stößt aber an Grenzen. Sehr viel Luft nach oben, die Substanz des Hotels gibt mehr her, das Potential ist sehr gut. Empfehlenswert trotzdem insbesondere für Tagungen (viele Zimmer) und Radtouristen. Erreichbar aber nur mit Auto über interessante Zuwegung (Kopfstein, sollte aber keinen stören). Zimmer sauber und gut geschnitten, leider keine Balkone. Parkplatz ausreichend. Frühstück ordentlich, aber kein highlight.

Bitte nicht buchen!

Dieses Hotel hat seine besten Jahre überstanden und wird aktuell leider nur noch auf Sparflamme geführt. Qualifiziertes Personal Fehlanzeige - absolut bezeichnend hierfür folgende Erkenntnis: Sowohl die Tischdecke, als auch der Kinderstuhl vom Vorabend wurde 1zu1 am Folgetag wieder zum Frühstück präsentiert (inkl. Rotweinflecken). Die Speisen sind selbst für das moderate Preisniveau noch zu teuer!

Unmanned reception.

On arrival the hotel was closed. Nobody was at reception so I waited outside for 1.5hrs. A lovely couple who lived nearby let me in to their property while they went to find somebody that worked at the hotel. If it wasn't for these extremely generous people I would have given up and left. The details on hotels.com state 24hr desk but this is far from the truth. I have to admit the room was great for the price but I will not be returning!

Die Wartezeit von 22 Minuten an der Rezeption nach Ankunft (gestoppt!) ist das Maximum meiner bisherigen Erfahrungen als Gast bei Hotels.com! Lage des Hotels einmalig, direkt am See, nur per Auto zu erreichen.

Nice Hotel with own beach at a small sea.

En natts vila på vägen hem

Ett fint och lugnt hotell på landet. Vacker omgivning. Hjälpsam personal även om dom inte pratade engelska ;) En riktigt bra och mångsidig frukost. - Wi-Fi fungerade inte på rummet, signalen fanns men ingen uppkoppling. Den fungerade dock i lobbyn och receptionen. Vi stannade bara 1 natt, så det gick bra.

Gutes Hotel im Nirgendwo

WLAN funktionierte nicht, abends nur drei (Haupt-) Gerichte zur Auswahl, am Frühstücksbuffett mußte an beiden Tagen das Pesrsonal auf fehlende Sachen aufmerksam gemacht werden

Prachtig hotel aan een meer. Adembenemend uitzicht

Schitterend gelegen aan een meer met een gazon met ligbedden aan de oever. Mooie kamers en goed ontbijtbuffet. Personeel is niet erg communicatief, maar verder is alles prima.

Erholung pur

Durch die ideale Lage am Gabelsee sind wir früh und abends Schwimmen gegangen und haben am Tage das Schlaubetal, die umliegenden Seen und die pure Natur erkundet und genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen für Ruhesuchende und Wanderfreunde. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal

Amazing views

We stayed here for one night. Upon arrival our room wasn't ready even though we arrived at 16:30. When we got in to the room there was only two beds even though we had ordered a three bed. We got an extra bed put in but I didn't feel like that's what we had booked. No one in the hotel spoke English and my German wasn't good enough to make a complaint. The surrounding however was amazing. The patio and the lake are stunning and the restaurant staff is very nice and attentive and they really do a lot for the whole experience. The food was ok. Bit expensive for what it is but it was a fully acceptable meal. Breakfast was great. Had all you could wish for.

Fantastisk udsigt

Vi ankom ved 20.30-tiden i den tro, at restauranten stadig var åben. Det var den dog ikke, men vi blev til ift at de kunne lave et par schnitzler til os, hvilket vi takkede ja til. De smagte rigtig godt og vi nød dem med en fantastisk udsigt ud over den blikstille sø. Vær obs på den 1,5 km lange toppede brostensbelagte vej, hvis du kører på lavprofildæk ;-) Wifi virker kun i loungen og ikke på værelset - øv. Et stort plus ville have været nogle store puder til at have i ryggen i sengen, til når man skulle læse.

Ikke meget at se i området. Personalet var venlig og imødekommende... dog kun få engelsktalende. Beskeden buffet og lidt dyre a la carte priser. Overordnet er fint ophold i rolige og idyliske omgivelser.

Insgesamt etwas enttäuschend

Küche hat nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen (Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht, keine frischen Zutaten etc.. Die Bar schloss frühzeitig, so dass man keinen gemütlichen Abend verbringen konnte.Am Wochenende soll es nach Auskunft des Hotels nicht so sein.

Jupp, geht.

Aufenthalt war gut, auch der Empfang war super, leider die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers nicht so doll...bin sonst wenig mäkelig aber beim Badezimmer sollte es passen. Staub wäre nicht so schlimm. Leider zu spät bemerkt, Zahnpasterest o.dgl. auf dem Waschbeckenrand und in der Dusche sind ein no go... Sonst gern wieder, werde beim nächsten mal gleich genau hinschauen.
