La recepcionista allyson terrible, para atender no tiene modo. Yo en la mañana cuando salí comenté si podría hacer el check out tarde, si había disponibilidad y me comentaron que si que no había problema a la hora que regresara. Y pues no podíamos regresar ya que nos agarró el agua y mi esposo se lastimó. Está señorita me persiguió para cobrarme en el cuarto y luego al estácionamiento, cuando solo estaba subiendo mis cosas para hacer el check out, jamás le dije que no pagaría para que me persiga, aunque se me hizo injusto que me cobraran cuando me autorizaron hacer el check out más tarde y yo pregunté. Pero pésimo servicio

Muy mala experiencia

La principio muy bien pero al final terrible, se me hizo tarde porque mi esposo se lastimó el pie, nos agarró la lluvia y llegamos empapados. La señorita allyson persiguiéndome que no le iba a pagar dice, me persiguió a la habitación, luego al estacionamiento cuando iba a subir todo, de muy mal gusto. Porque me estaba cobrando medio día, cuando la chica de recepción de la mañana me autorizó hacer el Check out más tarde. Al final lo pagué, no me opuse. Pero si me dicen que si puedo y luego te lo cobran que horror y luego que te persigan terrible.

La habitación tiene ventana hacia una azotea en la que están las manejadoras de agua helada y estas generan mucho ruido por lo que dormir es muy complicado, el asea de las camas no es bueno me picaron chinches o garrapatas
