The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was very good. The room was very basic, but clean. The shower was terrible, though. I had little water pressure and it was either cold or scalding hot. However, my friend in another room said his shower was fine. The area was less than desirable, So I would not recommend walking alone at night.
The entrance to the building is locked with bars. The hotel is on the 7th and 8th floors of an apartment building and you have to ring to be let in.

Clean room, very kind staff, close to train station, and bus lines, and a good breakfast. 24 hour reception. My room was a bit simpler than the one in the presentation. Keep in mind this is a 2-star hotel, so the Excellent rating is given from a value for money for a 2-star hotel. Will for sure return, next time in Rome.

Very quiet hotel and very clean great place to rest up for the night they had a little bistro area for continental breakfast which included coffee or tea toast yogurt fruit cereal meats n cheese etc Room was clean and tidy but only thing shower floor was very slippery so be very careful. Most terrible hotel that ive ever had in my live. The hotel was dirty, the reception were stupid, the beds were uncomfortable and the location is a horrible. They get to the point of stole things of their clients.

Excellent stay whilst in Rome - from great service (someone always on desk 24/7) to spacious and clean room with en suite bathroom. Excellent amenities - lots of places to eat within walking distance, public transport on doorstep and not too far from tourist attractions. Good value overall. Only couple minor downsides - bathroom lock not working and shower thermostat was temperamental.

Only a drizzle of water from the shower; one of the sink taps not working; uncomfortable bed; shutters barely open; window rattles. I'd intended to take breakfast, but didn't trust it on seeing the condition of the room.
