Location was great, 5 min walk from Paddington and Lancaster tube station. Staff at the hotel was very welcoming and service minded. Breakfast I think closed a bit early(09:00), but the English breakfast was good with selection of with or brown bread different jam and a jug of tea or coffee all served at the table. The room was ok size, nice and clean.

The staff were great very helpful and friendly. The big breakfast that was included was great we were surprised that it was order off a menu with great service and choices. It is an older hotel with smaller rooms. Has a bar and a nice lounging area. There are lots of good restaurants around the corner. Bella Italia was our favourite and we ate there every night. Paddington Station was a short walk away.
