We have stayed at this hotel before and it provides us with just the right amount of comfort, in a very good location, in the centre of Stockholm, especially as it is only 15 minutes walk from the Arlanda Express. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay in a great location. The room was clean and stylish. It was on the small size but as we only stayed for 3 nights this wasn't a problem. If we were staying for longer and had more luggage a bigger room would have been better. The staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again

I only spent a short night at Hotel Kungstadgarden. I wish I had stayed longer. It's a friendly, elegant hotel in a quiet, yet central location. I had an attic level room, which meant a sloping ceiling that limited walking space a bit -- but that was more than okay because the room had no much character, not to mention a great view. Would love to stay here again. The glass elevator soaring above the restaurant and lobby is another special touch.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is well-connected for traveling by bus and metro or exploring the city on foot. The staff was excellent, and other guests were kind, too. The room was compact and complete, and street noise was minimal, even on New Year’s Eve. I hope to return one day!

It’s been ages since I arrived early & bleary off a transatlantic flight, and a hotel ***actually put me in a room right then and there*** instead of putting me in baggage check purgatory. These folks very kindly took care of me right away, so I could shower and get settled in before heading off into the day. Wow! Such a difference this made for me! Also: the sauna is gorgeous and the gym very pleasant. Good breakfast. Quiet, beautiful, convenient location. Highly recommend.

This is a unique independent hotel within an 18th century town residence built for an aristocrat. Rooms vary in size from singles to suites, but each includes a hearty breakfast from a buffet. Apart from its discreet location close to major Stockholm sights and shopping, a major plus is the wonderful staff, including a very knowledgeable concierge and front office manager.

Cozy and stylish

Very nice and cozy hotel renovated 10 uears ago with a style! An old building (from 18th century) with elegant interior. All those beautiful handeliers.. and the big one! It’s HUGE! Staff was very helpful and really nice. Breakfast was good and had lots of varieties from swedish meatballs to raw porridge and ginger shots. omelets were available (made by chef) on order and with extra cost. Coffee machine had latte etc and also regular coffee was available Basement had a decent gym with weight bench, rowing machine, treadmill, dumbells and a small sauna It’s not the cheapest hotel but couple of nights are definitely worth of stay

I recently stayed for 5 nights. My room was excellent. Breakfast the best I've had in a hotel. Staff were great. The restaurant/bar/breakfast room is spectacular - five storeys high with balconies and a glass roof. within walking distance of the station and a short walk or tram ride to most of the major attractions and the boat trip booking office. I'd definitely stay there again.

The staff were professional and clearly love their jobs as you feel welcome straightaway. One of the prettiest hotels I’ve ever seen. Spectacular/posh neighborhood. Great staff. Very clean and all rooms are in excellent condition— which are the MOST important things to me. Only downside is the basic rooms are VERY small — like, so small that the shower door has to literally fold in half just so you can get out the bath (but frankly, I don’t care at all about room size and you can upgrade to a larger suite if you want—though, it’ll be pricey!)
