I always feel safe here and it was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. It is clean and safe. I highly recommend this motel 10/10! Thank you! 계림산장 모텔에서 세 번째로 머물렀는데, 이번에도 역시나 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 계림산장 사장님들은 항상 배려심이 많고 따뜻하셔서 감사한 마음입니다. 이곳에서는 항상 안심이 되고, 매우 편안하고 기분 좋은 경험이었습니다. 숙소도 깨끗하고 안전해요. 정말 강력히 추천합니다. 10점 만점에 10점! 감사합니다!

We were on the first floor, which was practically a basement since the building is on a slope. The front went in on level ground, but from the back, you had to enter down about 5 very steep stairs. The room smelled musty and moldy, which is pretty gross. There was a thick layer of dust on picture frames that were hanging in the rooms. The floor futons were not padded at all. The one bed was shockingly firmer than sleeping on the floor.

The owner of the property was very nice and helpful. The room was basic, but comfortable. Only negatives were lack of nearby restaurants and the handheld shower holder was approximately five feet high. Also note I did not see the hotel name in English anywhere, so a bit difficult to find without Korean alphabet knowledge.
