A hotel with drunk Thai people. Thais from Bangkok on a bender drinking from 11am to midnight, singing loudly, playing loud music and in general having a ball. I lasted 3 nights at this hotel before I left. The grumpy reception lady wanted a deposit before even lifiting a finger to check me in, and did not speak much english. Breakfast was included in the price, but nobody told me where to get it. Finally they offered breakfast in-room, but the offering consisted of Thai porridge - inedible to me. Cleaning finally shifted the sheets on day 3, after I complained about it. The room offered was not seaside, but half a block inland. The hotel clearly list itself as a seaside resort - so, bummer... The hotel has a small pool, but when there were over 50 people in the pool, screaming kids everywhere, I don't much see the point. I don't mind a party, but not every day from 11am to midnight. I will never come back to this property, which is why I checked out after 3 nights. Never coming back here!

Beachfront Suite room

Room was nice,clean & beautiful Hotel situation very good on the beach. Swimming pool little faraway but nice Breakfast was not so good. Instant coffee in paper cup, no fresh milk and Juice in plastic mug. This kind of hotel price group it is not Acceptable Weird, because i had capsule coffee machine in my room ? Shame because hotel staff had warm and welcoming service attitude and everything else was so good

Total mis-representation of reality

We spent 30 days touring Thailand and our stay at this hotel was the worst experience we had. The description of the hotel is very misleading. It does NOT have a coffee shop and does NOT offer breakfast. It does NOT have a garden. We booked a "beachfront" room but the beach is located across a busy road, 3-deep car parking and past a long line of beach vendors before you get to the beach. The"24 hour reception" is actually a desk on the street, next to the Toilet desk which supplements the hotel's income by charging tourists for using the hotel's toilets. You have to walk past these toilets to get to the guest rooms. This place is NOT a resort - we stayed in better guest houses!

Jag hade bokat ett De Luxe rum men det kan man inte påstå att jag fick. Sov en natt i det rummet sedan bad jag om att få byta. Ingen nattdukslampa bara en smutsig taklampa. Ingen frukost. Fick alltså byta till ett bättre rum. Lyhört hotell. Bara Thaikanaler på TV:n.
