I don’t know where the other guests who gave this hotel a good review stayed, but my experience was terrible. I made a last minute reservation for New Year’s Eve based on the understanding that they had an airport shuttle according to the hotels.com description. Surprise! I was informed at check-in that they do not. I arrived around midnight on New Year’s. There was no one in reception but a very nice security guard who was pulling triple duty as a receptionist, security guard, and maintenance person. The room was terrible. The water in the shower would not stop dripping all night. The bed was hard as a rock. The mirror had lipstick kiss marks on it, and the wardrobe was so wobbly that when I accidentally bumped into it, it nearly fell over. I’m surprised it wasn’t tethered to the wall. I’d be worried it could fall onto a small child. There were two tiny pillows on a king sized bed. No fridge. No ice. One multi-purpose shampoo/soap in the shower. I got up early the next morning and took an Uber to the airport at an additional cost of about $25. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and I would never stay at this over priced facility again. Spend the extra $25 and get a room at one of the Hilton hotels, which are closer to the airport and offer a better overall experience .
disappointing. I would never stay in this 80s rat trap again.
