The swimming pool was empty, the cafe was closed, we couldn’t buy a coffee in the morning because only the‘restaurant’ was open and they charged us 2.9 euros for a couple of coffee pods. It seemed a little churlish to only leave 2 coffee pods in the room. Some of the furniture in reception was a little shabby.

Excellent location. Close to airport. 30 minute walk to Puerto Del Rosario. No shops much closer than that although there is a garage and shop on the other side of the highway. You can get there by walking through the tunnel under the road. Room was amazing. Sea view with balcony. Very clean. Loved it. Bus stop outside which you can catch to Puerto Del Rosario as well.

Room was lovely and staff very friendly and helpful. What lets the hotel down is the restaurant (more of a cafeteria) and the choice of food in the evening. We were on half board and just had choice of 2 starters 2 main and 2 desserts and not very exciting at that. Glad we were only there for 3 nights.

It's a beautiful hotel with fantastic sea views. I woke every morning to the sunrise over the ocean. It's about 35 mins to walk into town along the promenade, a lovely walk. Two things that were disappointing. The walls are very thin and you can hear people in other rooms. The restaurant has extremely limited choices for vegetarians. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Friendly welcome, smart and great value.

Very friendly staff throughout, very welcoming. Very pleasant experience all round. Free tea, coffee, water in-room and the included evening meal was great - local cuisine. There were a few quirks which didn't spoil my stay at all but worth a mention if the hotel can do anything to improve: the curtains in the room didn't quite meet in the middle, there was a very noticeable plastic bed-protector under the sheet, the dining area is not as well decorated as the other areas - mostly of the hotel has a very smart, modern feel. Location is unusual: right on the shore at one end of Playa Blanca and right next to the airport runway. Nothing else around but very convenient if you want the airport or beach. It was not the quietest hotel but the biggest source of noise was waves on the shore - not a bad thing.

Quiet and isolated yet with access to town/port

Stayed for just one night for a fleeting visit to meet family member working on a cruise ship. This was the perfect hotel for that. Easily accessible to the town/port via a seafront walk (25 minutes) yea nicely isolated with a sea view. The room was very clean (apart from the previous guests’ contact lenses left in the shower!) and a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok but the service was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again if in the area.

Don’t bypass this gem …..

This accommodation was probably the best I have ever stayed in. The owner had thought of everything - it was comfortable and luxurious. It was quiet, with only the noise of the sea for company. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything. If you get the chance, stay here. It’s pure luxury!
