The place is under major construction which would have been nice to know when booking. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but would have been good to know. The folks running the place are super nice and willing to do what it takes to make things right regardless. The rennovations being done are very nice, but the place is not done yet and suffering a bit with hot water and pieces and parts not quite finished. The beds were great, the fixtures fine, the TV a bit challenging and the walls and ceiling (we were on the bottom floor) are old and not exactly sound proof. Parking is a challenge. I'm sure the place is going to be super nice in a couple months, but right now it's still a bit of a challenge. Again, the folks running it are doing their best and really pushing to improve and i'm confident they'll reach their goal. Not a bad place at all even now.

The room was clean. The only thing I was concerned about was the door lock. It was missing the metal door lock and I had to a place a chair for extra protection.

Was pleasantly surprised! The room is spacious, very clean, bathroom is a good size with linen and sheets immaculately white! The staff is friendly and accommodating! A great value for the price i paid. And the location is perfect. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the Grove mall!👏👏👏!
