Terrible hotel. Massively over priced, no in-room coffee/drinks, no iron, air con not working, and so noisy. Worst of all they trebled the price due to Hannover Messe.

The only negative parts arête price, too expensive and parking is a problematic, the hotel has just a few parking spots. I go to Hannover every October for a show, and I always stay in this hotel. This is not a big hotel but clean & quiet so I liked this hotel. I checked in to the hotel on Oct 10, 2023, they gave me a smaller room this time, I walked in the room, it smells a little, just liked the room was vacant for long time, I looked at the waste bin, it still had some garbage left from the last guest. I feel disappointed this time !
