Super clean room, very species for 2 people. It’s in the center of the town, we had everything around us. I loved the fact that we were able to put our car in the garage, we knew we were safe and didn’t have to clean snow off! There are no managers when you get there but they are constantly texting if there was anything needed. Warm water, fridge, stove… everything needed!

Great location, except the restaurant downstairs was noisy in the evening. Difficult to park in the garage with a bigger vehicle. Comfortable apartment, excellent view from balcony, rock hard pillow and sagging mattress. Difficult to find apartment from directions.

Great value! This place is dated, but in a fun, nostalgic way. It has everything you’d need. We stayed in 212. The only complaint from our group was that both bedrooms are bright at night… The downstairs room has blinds on the window, but gets lots of light from the exterior hallway. The upstairs bedroom has a skylight in the ceiling, so you’ll be up with the sun and there’s not really anything you can do about it. Overall, it was a great stay and hard to beat for the price and proximity to the slopes, shops, restaurants, etc. Parking in the downstairs garage is also convenient.

Very cute little condo with a balcony and amazing location in Breckenridge for the price. I would recommend a more comfortable mattress and pillows but over all nice bathroom with a heat lamp and heated towel rack for chilly nights. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment, plates, cutlery, and spices! Overall cute space and great location!

There is a bosch coffeemaker, but there are no capsels available in the stores around. There is one chair that's need repair, the water pressure in the shower is low. Otherwise the place is great, good location.

The tv kept going off saying not available for regular channels, and the floor was gritty upon arrival. The property is in an excellent location. You can walk anywhere and the area is absolutely beautiful. Just beware that the town of Breckinridge does not enforce any type of sidewalk shoveling. We arrived during a snowstorm and the next couple of days the snow on the sidewalk compacted and eventually froze. Very hard to navigate but again the town of Breckinridge is beautiful. Staying at Der Steiermark was very convenient

I did not receive instructions on how to check-in. There is no onsite management. The listing said to go to the wrong address for access. I received an email two hours after I arrived with the correct address to go to for management. They provided keypad information for parking and condo access hours after I arrived in the pouring rain. By then I was soaked. This was listed as a resort. Its not, its a condo. Nice condo though. Would not book here again.

It was OK but nothing special. It’s very outdated, the couch is so low to the floor and takes up all the room and the TV was so small you had to look up quite a bit to see it. The main bath on the main floor shower didn’t seem to be able to come on but the upstairs one was fine
