As noted by others, the establishment is a little dated and there is the slight smell of smoke in the hallway from a bygone era, but the lady that greeted us was incredibly pleasant and made us feel very welcome. We stayed there 2 nights and both were very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely located in town. We will gladly stay there again.

Budget Motel is a hidden gem in Delta, UT. This small, independent motel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast could be improved by offering more options that are unsweetened. When passing through Utah on Highway 50, Budget Motel is a great place to spend the night.

Totally safe area. Rooms clean well maintained but the biggest draw of this site is the exceptionally welcoming owner. Friendly, accommodating and fun. It was just nice to be treated nicely. These days kindness wins every “hand” for me.

The room itself is fine, good, clean and basic which one would expect out of a hotel in delta Utah. HOWEVER, I was underwhelmed with staff. Took me about 10 min to check in while lady tried to scan my I’d. Then the next day, (I booked a 2 day stay) i took my belongings with me except my phone charger. When I returned after work I discovered the charger gone! Front desk lady (same lady that checked me in) told the maid that I checked out which of course I had a 2 day stay. And the maid, while she was honest enough to admit she had the charger, gave it to her husband, who apparently worked nites. No offer from front desk to mail it to me, and I was hitting road at 5 am So all in all, it’s a decent room for a few nites, but please take your belongings, even phone chargers!

It is an older property but the owners have done an excellent job of keeping it clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and work hard to make their place welcoming. I have been staying there for my regular visits to Delta for 10 years.
