Great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Room was comfy, everything worked well, and the breakfast was way above average. Staff was super-friendly (one asked me if I wanted a coffee every time I came back from a day out.) Would stay again.

Great small but well-run hotel

Great small hotel, modern and bright. Very comfortable matrass, excellent service from the staff, friendly and efficient. It was so good that I extended my stay. Different items each day for breakfast, excellent bed quality, clean hotel and also a very well run hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pros: Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed and nice size room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and very responsive. Cons: air conditioner made some weird noises throughout the night. The hotel is pretty far from the city center.

Enjoyed my stay at Futuro. Stayed 4 nights. Clean and modern hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location was a bit out of the way but I like walking so I got used to it. The supermarket right next door was really convenient though.

Rave reviews are to be believed

I decided to stay here because of the excellent reviews- and they were spot on. Staff speaks great English, goes out of their way to please, and the shuttle service makes the place 100% worth choosing this place over something less modern close to the center. Wi-fi and much needed AC for summer. Loved the 24 hr. cafe with free coffee, tea, and snacks. Bfast was also quite good. Would definitely stay again!!

Don't let the non-central location put you off. It's a very clear and well cared hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is awesome. My room is spacious and quite. The bed is very comfortable and huge. The restroom is a little small but gets the job done. There is a supermarket nearby, and many restaurants as well. I would highly recommend this hotel. The western standard room alone is good for me.

Clean and modern but not soundproof

Nice place but quite far away from main part of the city. Walls were so thin that you could hear everything from reception area downstairs. Guy at reception was a bit rude.

A hotel which cares

Every element of the stay was perfect, and especially the attitude of staff. They were truly attentive, caring, proactive in their desire to accommodate the needs and wishes. A very nice touch is 24h availability of tea/coffee and snacks. Breakfast was tasty and appropriately diverse for the size of the hotel. Really nothing negative or mediocre to point out. I wish big brand hotels would be like that. Relative remoteness from the city centre is easily compensated by the more affordable price than of the central hotels. And taxis are cheap and readily available.

Without a doubt, the best hotel in Bishkek

Right from the get-go when we were welcomed by the friendliness and professionalism of Dmitrii, who was on reception, we knew that this was going to be an enjoyable stay. The tea, coffee and tray bakes made available to us as we waited to check in was a nice touch, and Dmitrii’s ability to deal satisfactorily with our queries about the area and advice on what to do was exemplary. All hotels should have a Dmitrii on their staff: nothing was too much trouble to him. He really is a credit to the Futuro and his service with a smile cannot be faulted in any way. That’s no slight to Sergei and Ainagul, who were helpful in finalising our day’s outing and in arranging our taxi to the airport. I don’t think I’ve encountered staff so cheerfully customer-focused before, and they, together with the efforts of the cooking and cleaning staff, helped to make this possibly one of the very best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The rooms were clean with everything we needed; the breakfast was varied and delicious; and, in short, the facilities offered were second to none. All in all, the Futuro is a hard place to fault, and is definitely on our to-stay list when we return to Bishkek next year.

気持ちの良い対応

深夜の到着で不安がありましたが、「ようこそ」という感じの、とてもウエルカムな対応でほっとしました。部屋は広く清潔で、気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食はシンプルですが、温かいオムレツも作ってくれて美味しくいただきました。また、翌朝は、ヤンデックスを呼ぶのを手伝ってくれたり（移転したバスターミナルの住所が分からなかったので）、困ったことがあったら電話しなさいと言ってくれたり、とても親切にしていただき感激しました。市の中心部ではありませんが、本当におすすめできるホテルです。

만족스런 호텔 훌륭 합니다.

가격대비 좋은 호텔 입니다. 가지수가 많지는 않지만 내 개인적인 취향 달지 않고 담백한 음식이 좋았습니다. 다소 좁긴 했지만 문제가 되지는 않았어요. 시내와는 조금 거리가 있지만 비슈케크가 작은 도시다 보니 그것도 괸찮았어요. 다시갈 의향이 있습니다.

지금까지 약 40개국을 여행했는데 시설, 스태프 모든 부분이 TOP5 안에 들 정도로 정말 좋은 곳이었어요. 호텔 근처에 도보 5분 거리에 큰 마트와 은행이 있고, 시내까지 2달러 정도 지불하고 택시타고 갈 수 있어요. 결벽증이 있나 싶을 정도로 방과 화장실이 너무나 깔끔했어요. 스태프는 항상 친절하고 따뜻한 차와 커피를 주었고, 아침식사 또한 너무 훌륭했습니다. 새벽 비행기라 얼리 체크아웃을 했는데 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 아침식사를 방까지 가져다주었고, 알람콜까지 해주셨습니다. 키르기스스탄에 또 간다면 무조건 다시 여기 묵을 겁니다.

ホスピタリティを感じる接客で良かったです。ただレセプション以外では英語は通じません。長旅の疲れで脂濃いものを避けるためルームサービスで蒸し野菜を頼んだのに炒めた野菜が来たのはいただけませんが、それ以外は満足でした。
