The room was old and needed obvious repairs the furniture was old and worn out. The food was terrible! And the staff at the steakhouse were awful! As someone who lives in punta Cana and frequently goes to different resorts in the area this is not one I would recommend or go to ever again! Save your money! I wish I would have listened to all the bad reviews but I guess I learned the hard way!

La comida del hotel es muy variada La atención personalizada de Jhonny, quien es muy agradable y atento, preocupado por los detalles y consultas que hicimos. Si bien, al llegar tuvimos algunos problemas, finalmente se resolvieron bien con su ayuda y la de Yenifer Astacio, la gerente, y quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía. Los tragos están bien preparados y todos muy ricos Destacamos los masajes en la zona de spa, y la hidroterapia, excelente! Las manos de María, quien me trató a mí, fueron divinas, yo llegué con mucho dolor de espalda, y salí como nueva! Lo recomiendo y volveremos sin dudas

The resort was great and the service was awesome, except for the excursion man who stole are money and we could get it back , so they only gave only half of it back which was sad that he had to steal from Americans to make his self feel he did something. But overall the place was beautiful , and my butler Johnny became my friend and not a stranger.

My room had mold in the bathroom and cockroaches in the bathtub. The bathroom as a whole looked like it needed maintenance, the mirrors were old. The hotel is very nice and modern, the nightlife is zero and I found it strange being an adults-only hotel not having a dozen things to do at night other than sit in the hotel lobby and have a drink.

NO ELEVATORS! The beds are hard, the sheets & pillow cases seem were dingy & have spots. The towels w dingy too. Before we arrived I had emailed ahead & also thought I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Somehow they received a email requesting 1 king bed. My cousin & I traveled together so I definitely did book a room with 2 beds. Also I also I had asked in the same email in which I did received a response that we were both celebrating birthdays could they do anything special they did nothing. When i showed them the email with their responding email, they were nonchalant, but they did finally get us the 2 beds in a room on the 3rd floor & they do not have elevators, after more then an hour the first day. On Thursday it rained all day we asked for umbrellas because we were stuck in the spa area no one ever came to bring them, the lady in the spa reception area was rude. We asked for a towel to put over our heads, because that all we could get from the concierge in our building to get to the spa which the area floods around the resort, so if you are on the first floor you are guaranteed to get water coming in if it rains all day which it did on thursday. On Friday morning we woke up on the 3rd floor, to an ant infestation & when my cousin went to tell them about it, they were very nonchalant, we told several people that we needed to have our room sprayed, our clothes put in a hot dryer on high heat, the ants had gotten n2 the suitcases that were on the table. It got done hrs ltr.

I’ll start with, you get what you pay for. Room is super outdated and has a smell (which is expected since it’s near water, however, SPRAY!). You definitely can tell they don’t have enough people working here because you saw the same people every single day working from morning to nigh (God bless them). Also, get someone to attend the pools with a pool rake, daily! So much nastiness in the pools for it to not be that many people on the property.

Request Marie for your Butler

The property was clean, including rooms. Staff were friendly. Request Marie for your Butler she was the awesome. I loved the foam party. They can do better on the food, Indian restaurant was the good. Definitely upgrade for premium liquor.
