I booked one double bed for myself and my older son, and a bunk bed for my younger son. When we checked in, the reception staff were a bit rude, unfriendly, and asked too many unnecessary identity questions.
When we went to the room, the bunk bed was dirty, dusty, had no sheets, and only a blanket that was also dusty. I immediately raised the issue with reception, but was told that they "do not set up the bunk bed" and that "it is what it is." When I asked for a refund or a different room, I was told it was non-refundable and that no other rooms were available.
Because of this, I had no choice but to leave. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
