The hotel is well located close to kings cross. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was simple but clean, stylish and well-equipped. However, beware that many rooms (including the double room I was in) are in the basement where the underground can be heard very loudly through the night.

Semi-clean room. Hair found in shower for example. Also asked if the bar was open one evening at the front desk. It was so I moved around 2 meters to the bar and stood waiting 3 minuters before I had to ask (the same guy sittning 2 meters away) if I could have a beer. Also really noisy, a bit from the street but more due to thin walls and doors.
