Very friendly front desk staff. They host a happy hour with wine, plus coffee, cookies, and bottled water are available. There’s no included breakfast - you can order it, but prices are comparable to nearby cafés and there are plenty just outside. The location is excellent for the beach, though it’s a bit far from Jaffa, so you’ll need public transport. It’s a great Tel Aviv neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants and an overall lovely vibe.

Wow, really glad I selected this hotel. Nice staff, helpful, great location. It was so hard to pick a hotel, I was unfamiliar with TLV, I selected right!! If I went back to TLV, I would stay here again. Just 2 blocks to beach.

Great location!!! Happy hours with vine in the lobby. Very helpful, multiple language staff. One things - glass (not look thought) door to toilet is not very comfortable. Definitely will stay again.

With in walking distance to all the mayor sites, good breakfast, fresh fruit, good coffee, the cafe on the first floor offers great cappuccino, the surrounding area is safe, we walked everywhere at all times of the day. Parking can be very tight if you arrive during business hours however very open at night. Over all I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it if you are looking for a budget friendly option.

Nice boutique hotel on the heart of Dizengoff street district. Great location. Place itself needs a bit of repair. Shower is tiny and water spills into the toilet area which is also very small. Staff was very nice and friendly.

It all looks and is dated and tired. If you need to stay for overnight, it's okay. The fridge in the room.worked, just! Very basic. The room was noisy because of its location. Location is great for bars/restaurants.

Great service from excellent staff in an ideal central location. Hotel is a smaller boutique property with limited facilities but did have a great free coffee machine in the reception area. Neighborhood was noisy with very early morning construction work. We booked a balcony room that was littered with extensive bird poop on a daily basis. Overall, we would recommend this a good value choice of hotel for Tel Aviv.

Had a triple room for 3 adults -good size - fridge.Nice decor. Reception staff espec Vincent went out of their way to be helpful answering our questions.Checked out in morning & able to leave cases all day so could go to beach! .Fabulous location-lots of cafes & shops, felt v safe, only 10 mins from beach. Great lobby with fresh coffee,wine & biscuits! Would def go back to hotel.Stayed 3-8Aug, then 14-16Aug 2022

Decent, be wary of noise from street

Decent hotel, centrally located. But they are constructing another hotel next door, so there is a construction site. Also our window couldn’t close properly, so we could hear the street and the banging. Despite asking for help or to change room we were basically just told ‘that’s how it is, we’re close to the main street’.

you get what you pay for

The room was ok for the price, the location was good, and the staff was nice. However, it was fairly dirty. The bedding and everything was cleaned, but we wore our slippers in the shower. There is mold and mildew. The room sink (not the bathroom one) leaked if we used it. The stairwell and hallway was unkept and needed to be vacuumed/cleaned. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine in our room, but we did not receive it.
