Room dirty no refreshed towels for 3 day stay. Manager condescending to woman. Motel customer service was horrible. The on line booking price was less than what they charged when checking in. They charged us more. We were told that is the way it is and he can’t change it. Got to room, no windows to front parking lot. The bathroom had mold all over. Asked for more clean towels struggled to even get them. Ask for another pillow and the pillow case had crusty goo on it..asked for clean pillow case and was told the pillows are stained..front desk staff was appalled to my request for a clean no crusty pillow case. Really? Room had three adults and they would Only give us one hand towel. I would say that this hotel fails as being hospitable. Customer service failure. Didn’t honor on line price. Difficult, disgusting, and disappointed.

Cost wise totally great. But the pictures look better than what it is. A big gripe I had is that for some reason our room was full of fruit flies. The room smelled like cleaner. The people that worked there stared at us more than I’m used to, if that makes sense. Had a weird vibe. Outside of that, it was tidy and inexpensive.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a leaky toilet and broken drain under the sink. Didnt charge a pet deposit. Walls and doors needed a scrubbing. No breakfast, just coffee. Pool filter needed cleaning and a little tlc but the water was blue and refreshing. Comfortable beds.

The toilet leaked on the floor, the sink had a broken pipe under it so water went everywhere when i used it. The plug in the bathtub wouldn’t stay unplugged so i had to hold it to drain the water after taking a shower or bath. Water didn't get very hot. They didn’t charge a pet fee so that was nice. Staff was friendly. The parking lot was kept clean and garbages emptied daily. The room was “clean” but there was spider webs in the corners and the walls needed to be wiped down. The pool had blue water but the filters needed to be cleaned so i had to skim with the net before swimming. The tv picture was fuzzy. The air conditioner kept the room comfortable. Only coffee served in the morning, no breakfast. Close to restaurants and riverfront park.
