The location is excellent—right in the heart of downtown, just steps from the markets and the Zócalo—which made it easy to explore everything on foot. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast portions were decent—not too small or too large—and we really appreciated that the staff was always willing to offer more if we wanted. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s traditional colonial style added to its overall charm. Overall, it was a great value, and I would gladly stay here again on my next visit to Oaxaca.
