This was a five star review, but since they ripped me off six weeks later, it’s a one star review unethical. I made a reservation, never received a confirmation that I could find and I could not find a booking under my hotels.com account wound up not even going on that trip. It was five nights. Even though I’m a frequent customer there And stayed over 20 nights there this year. They saw it fitting to not only Bill me for the first night. They build me for all five nights of the trip that I do not even go on. They were not even remotely busy those nights because the rooms were plentiful.

The reviews highlighting cleanliness were spot on, and we found everything fresh and well-kept. A big plus: they offer RV and semi-truck parking, which made logistics easy for our group. One thing to note—if you're assigned a second-floor room, you’ll need to use stairs (either indoor or outdoor), so keep that in mind when hauling bags or traveling with pets. First-floor rooms are wheelchair accessible, and the staff was thoughtful enough to ask if our pup could manage the stairs, offering to adjust our room if needed. Thankfully, our dog was fine, so it wasn’t an issue.

Early on I tried to cancel the reservation but I could not find one. Looked in my email. There was no email for confirmation. They decided it would be a great idea to bill me for five nights for a trip that I did not even make. I can understand one night, even though it was not my fault, but all five nights is just unethical.

Hotel felt very empty and unattended due to not having a front desk clerk on staff at the property. A virtual kiosk is not a person, and does not make people feel safe and well kept while staying the night, would not recommend and will not return.
