Worst hotel I have been. The rooms are falling apart and the bed is so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep during my stay. They don’t provide the basics (no blanket, no hand towel, only one thin pillow). I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Mixed Experience: Excellent Staff, But Disappointing Infrastructure I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the staff was absolutely excellent—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. Their service was the highlight of my experience. Unfortunately, the hotel’s infrastructure left much to be desired. The facilities felt outdated and not well maintained. It was surprisingly difficult to access clean towels, which was frustrating and unexpected. Another concern was the behavior of some guests. At times, they were loud, disrespectful, and, in a few moments, made the environment feel uncomfortable and even a bit unsettling. Overall, while I deeply appreciated the efforts of the staff, I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its infrastructure and guest environment moving forward.

Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I had something positive to say about this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was awful from start to finish. • Outdated and Poorly Maintained: The hotel is extremely outdated, and the rooms lack even the most basic necessities. • No Proper Bedding: There were no blankets, just a thin bedsheet that barely covered the mattress. • Minimal Towels: For two guests, we were given only one towel—no face towels, no extras. • Security Concerns: The door didn’t seem secure, and when I went to the front desk to complain, the staff was unbelievably rude and dismissive. • Faulty Amenities: The TV barely worked, there were exposed electrical cables, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up every time we used it. This hotel was a complete disappointment. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to book elsewhere!

O café da manhã é sempre o mesmo. Não variaram nada nem sequer 1 dia. Mas tudo era fresco e gostoso. Tinha 3 tipos de fruta, café, suco, bolo, pão, molho de salsicha, geleia, mel, banana assada, pudim, variedade de grãos, chá. A equipe de funcionários são ótimos. Prestativos, atenciosos e sempre com sorriso no rosto. Quanto ao quanto , a limpeza é feita diariamente, mas fica a desejar, não é uma limpeza e sim uma manutenção. O colchão é horrível, com mais de 16 anos de uso. Sendo que o recomendado e a troca a cada 5 ou 10 anos dependendo do uso. Lençóis sempre limpos. A piscina tem tanto cloro que todo banhista parecia que tinha fumado um back( haja olhos vermelhos). Eu classificaria o hotel como 2 estrelas. Pra quem pretende ficar mais 4 dias eu recomendaria outro hotel com mais conforto. Mas pra viagem curta de 2 a 4 dias tá ótimo. Meu conselho ao hotel é; troque os colchões, coloque tb smart em todos os quartos. Afinal globo não dá.

Os funcionários são receptivos e educados, mas o hotel no meu ponto de vista em relação ao quarto é bem fraquinho, os moveis descacando, roupas de cama de cor duvidosa, o chuveiro com pouca pressão, é um hotel mais antigo e as roupas de cama também devem ser, porque estavam bem encardidas, mas o hotel é até bem localizado, no meu ponto de vista é pra ficar no máximo dias noites.
