this ski lodge hotel is a bit rundown and the room i was in was mediocre. there was personal trash behind the bed and the nightstand. there is a hole in the wall in the bathroom. the shower has two settings: scalding hot or freezing cold. the toilet doesn't appear to be securely screwed into the floor. the parking lot was a sheet of ice. the redeeming factor is that the be was very comfortable.

We stayed there before and had a good experience however, when we arrived, the managers, the husband and wife wanted to know if it was OK that we did not have hot water but wanted to let us know that. I told him we have to have hot water it was in the teams to the mid 20s. Our entire stay as far as temperature goes. There was no other place that had availability within our price range or the area from which we were staying at. Literally we ended up with right at a foot and a half of snow before we left which was great. We had no issues and they done good keeping the sidewalks and everything clean however to ask us if it was OK if we did not have hot water really took us back. Very surprised. After me, sitting in the office for almost an hour waiting for some kind of resolve as they was trying to get it fixed and he went himself to the area that was out of hot water. He came back, walked by me and then reluctantly sit here go to this room. You’ve got hot water. I’m not sure what changed. They did make it right in the end but they didn’t treat us bad. It just wasn’t how you should treat someone. Our room was clean and nice. Breakfast literally had bagels and bread no cream cheese, but they did have butter and I think they had raisin bran and Cheerios. It was a very minimal breakfast. It was clean, we felt safe. I would book again, but I would definitely try to find somewhere else if we could. The location is very good. It’s downtown right on the main street.

The shower didn’t work and we had the staff temporarily turned the shower for us and we also had to shower in another room but the hot water ran out. The new owners need to update the showers. The breakfast was just continental only one person in our party when

The facility needs an upgrade. The water did not work in the shower, the heating unit sounded like a jet engine (turned it up when I was gone to turn it off when there) and fridge froze every drink (even though it didn't even have a freezer compartment). It was clean though and the bed was comfortable.

Room was old and dated. Patio doors didn’t shut, toilets clogged and breakfast was limited. That being said beds were comfy, location is the best and it was cheap!! I’d stay again!

Clean room, nice bed. Somewhat difficult to control the temperature in the room but was very nice and cozy. We also came last weekend and had the same room type but the room was a little moldy smelling. This one was much better with no mold smell.
