First room was not good. Had bugs, scum in the shower, and the toilet did not work, had a bottle of fabuloso in the tank. The front desk girl was very gracious and have me the room next to it. There was no one attending the front desk. You called a phone number for service. There was a charge for a second key and the card key we had didn't work well on our room. The floor in our room was dirty and sticky. I used a washcloth to mop the floor. The A/C filter was dirty as are most low rated hotels. Only one of the four lights by the bed worked. The breakfast was fair, cereal, waffles, fruit, hostess cakes, milk and coffee. No juices. I was informed those were on order. Maybe grocery stores don't sell to hotels there.
