Localização excelente, 1 quadra da praça do comércio, pertissimo de metro, ônibus… é muito perto de restaurantes e lojinhas! Achei muito bom, só uma sugestão seria a troca para travesseiros mais novos e mais baixos. De resto está tudo ótimo!

Do not recommend

Room had an awful smell of fish the entire time we were there it made you nauseous. Bathroom was way too small, lighting was terrible and overall looked dirty and not kept well. Did not feel comfortable at all.

stay away from this hotel

Booked well in advance for me and my family, prepaid and non refundable, for two nights. Our flight was delayed, we missed the connecting flight and informed the hotel to arrive first for the second night at 2100. Following day, the day of the delayed check in, the hotel informed us at 1400, that due to their no-show policy they had already given our room to someone else, not willing to refund any money and leaving us to choose from left hotels in Lissabon that night, looked like high demand, starting from 1300,-€ a night for a standard B&B hotel. The no-show policy was nowhere desclaimed on hotels.com and for us therefore pure scam. Finally we had to go to Peniche to find suitable accommodation for a ok price.

What you are seeing in the website is definitely not what you get. Our 1st room was Hot & the air conditioning did not work. They moved us to a very small room after that. We feel that we did not get the room that we originally paid for. You get 2 towels & a floor mat that is it! No wash clothes, hand towels or extra towels. The bed was not a king that we purchased. It was basically a box spring that we slept on. 2 very small pillows & 1 scratchy blanket. The shower water overflows so you would have to get wet, turn the water off, soap up, & then rinse off. For 2 people you were given 1 water glass. We would give this hotel 2 out of 10. Very uncomfortable place to stay. The location was good as it was right downtown. That’s the only thing this place has going for it. Even the cab driver that dropped us off was questioning if we really wanted to stay.

Trevlig personal och ett bra hotell. Ganska lyhört men för att vara så nära stan var de okej ändå. En tjej som jobbade på kvällarna i receptionen utmärkte sig extra och hjälpte oss med flera grejer under resans gång.

This is a basic apartment in a good area where you can easily walk into several areas for eating, drinking, shopping or transport to see further afield. The room had everything needed; a bed, shower toilet, clothes rail, fridge and Aircon. There was a window in a corner of the room overlooking an internal fire escape, so almost no natural light/view. Staff were very helpful, we had an issue with Aircon and it was fixed within hour. Overall everything you need if here to see Lisbon and not too worried about any luxuries.

The room seemed like it was not ready to receive guests. It was a bad fishy, humid smell when we walked it and we tried opening the windows, and the outside space they have smelled even worse. They also had mold on the ceilings and when I pointed it out someone painted over it. Will be adding pictures on google. I didn’t get any refund or nothing. The room was really bad. It was toxic to stay in a room like that. I do not recommended.

The location was very central, which made it convenient for getting around, but also meant it was quite noisy at night. Between the sound of trams, people partying, and nearby construction crews, it wasn’t the most restful environment. The balcony lights from outside also shone into the room at night, and while there were blackout curtains, they didn’t fully block the light. There is also only one layer of curtain so if you wanted any natural light in (which you need because the lighting in the room is so dim), anyone is able to look in. On the positive side, the room was clean and the staff were kind and responsive whenever we had requests.

Good place for a short stay

Pluses: location( the best possible, minutes to historical center and not far from Alfama); nice (but smallish) room; clean; good value. Minus: noise from rue Arsenal all night; breakfast room was closed. All in all: good place for a short stay.
