We knew when we booked it that it was a budget hotel. But holy cow, they could’ve added a little bit of comfort. The room was fairly clean, but everything was incredibly cheap looking. The bed was like a giant sack of potatoes. Lumpy and completely uncomfortable. The pillows were the thinnest and cheapest I have ever seen. In order to sleep, I had to take the bath towels and stuff them under my pillow. The showerhead barely worked, and there was not even Kleenex or a hair dryer in the room.
We had a small dog with us, and every time we tried to walk him in the Dog area they had the sprinklers running full blast. In fact, that’s the way the sprinklers were all over the property. They didn’t have them adjusted and they were spraying everyone’s cars so you couldn’t even get into your car without getting wet. The area outside our room was so soaked that there was a puddle in the lawn with three ducks in it. No joke! Also, we were not aware that there are tons of homeless living in this hotel. We walked down the street to a restaurant, but didn’t feel safe at all.
We had the room booked for two nights, but it was so miserable that we literally left after the first night. I do not recommend this hotel at all!
