Pelo custo do hotel o ambiente estava de acordo, tive um mal atendimento por um dos funcionários. E o estacionamento (Planalto)que é conveniado com o hotel, um péssimo atendimento além de cobrar mais pernoites do que foi utilizado, pois foram utilizados 3 pernoites e cobrado 4. Repassei as reclamações para a recepção do hotel.

O hotel (quarto de solteiro) era simples, mas com cama confortável, chuveiro quente, luz natural, quarto bom para passar só o horário de dormir como pretendia. O café teve mamão e banana, cereais, bolos, pães, pães, frios (pres. e queijo), valeu a pena pegar hotel com café. O quarto estava limpo, poderia ter um cuidado simples que é fixar a saboneteira do box para p o banho ser mais confortável. Um ponto ruim do quarto térreo é que só abrimos uma fresta da janela e fica abafado, mas tinha um ventilador disponível, dormi bem. Os funcionários eram muito simpáticos e a localização ótima, muito acessível a tudo.

As fotos não refletem a realidade do local. Está bem menos conservado de que vemos nas fotos. O quarto estava limpo, os funcionários são educados e simpáticos, prestativos tb. Mas esperava mais sim, tanto do quarto quanto do café da manhã. O pior de tudo era o barulho do trânsito no quarto, realmente terrível.

localização ótima. equipe de funcionários atenciosos. café da manhã simples mas gostoso. estadia honesta pelo preço pago, mas deixo como sugestão uma revisão na conservação do banheiro. notei q a pintura precisa de retoques e o chuveiro precisa de limpeza, pois o fluxo de água estava irregular. além disso, as toalhas parecem já bem gastas/manchadas. no geral atende, mas esses pontos de cuidado fazem falta.
