Really lovely room, good breakfast and great staff. Some drawbacks: it's a bit remote towards the end of the road of hotels, there's not enough shade on the beach (umbrellas too small) and the music at the bar was so loud in the evenings I avoided it completely.

I really recomend this resort! Our room Super nice and clean everyday, good breakfast, location is exellent on the Beach with grass around the pool area, with a restaurant and beach bar on the resort, and a lot of really good restaurants along the Beach. The staff is amazing and they took so good care of us and specially our 9 month old baby. Special thanks to Rose and Lisa who worked on the resort, and Premie who worked at the massage spot. Also, the neighbouring restaurant Mr Leek is a great spot for really good food and a funny welcoming owner.

Relaxing stay.

Visited during low season, but very happy with the facilities and the warm welcome from the staff. The beachside location was incredibly convenient and the pool towels in their own reusable bag were a welcome touch. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants to enjoy and the room was big and well equipped; a great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Had a very nice stay at this hotel, room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel and area was very quiet when we stayed which was nice as pretty much had pool and the beach to ourselves most of the time. Definitely a place to chill and relax, would need transport if you wish to go further afield than the small strip of beach front hotels and restaurants.

A nice stay

We stayed one week. The bed was so comfy, staff very nice and attentive. Location is very good and we loved the hotel amenities. Breakfast was ok. Only downside was that it was not quiet in our room, we could even hear the neighbors' conversation and the machines in the hotel building were making loud sounds, so we had to sleep with earplugs and noice cancelling headphones on.

The room itself was nice, but overall the hotel is in need of a refresh. The restaurant toilets were in very poor condition and absolutely stank, the pools were dirty, with insects and leaves floating in them. My hotel room was a long walk from the beach and involves hills and steps, so it’s not suitable for anyone with leg, mobility, or back issues. Service was disappointing throughout. Staff appeared very young and unhelpful, and interactions often felt dismissive. On one evening, I went to the hotel bar after dinner, only to find it closed at 10pm despite signage stating it should be open until midnight. I asked the receptionist where I could go nearby for a drink. She gave a vague answer and turned away. When I asked her to help point it out on a map, she took my phone, marked something, and handed it back without acknowledging me or making eye contact. This is not the level of Thai hospitality I have experienced elsewhere on my trip. Food was another major issue. Despite informing the hotel at check-in that I am vegan, there were no suitable hot breakfast options available, so I had to go elsewhere and pay again for a proper breakfast, which was inconvenient and disappointing. When a “vegan breakfast” was prepared the next day it consisted only of plain stir-fried vegetables, which is not an acceptable breakfast. If you have any dietary requirements, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. Overall, not a good experience, and I would not stay here again.

Good Hotel, could be great with some slight improv

We had 4 types of rooms. All was good and had everything we needed. The TV didnt work in our room though was not there to watch tele. The staff was very helpful especially the General Manager. We stayed over the Christmas period so the hotel was fully booked. There seemed to be alot of broken sunbeds and umbrellas that was much needed !! The breakfast was good and enough choice. The dinner menu lacked choice and the bar service was slow. Overall as a group of 9 and a young child we had a great stay and i would definitely recommend and return for what we paid.

Damp smell not a good stay

Unfortunately our stay was meant to be our longest stay of 5 nights but this was dampened by the awful smell of damp in our room. The smell was so strong we had to have air filter put in our room to try and help with the damp We also had a huge amount of mosquitoes in the room and had to purchase numerous room sprays for hiding the smell and mosquitoes I wouldn’t be able to recommend this hotel

Was an enjoyable stay. Property is divided into a beachfront area with pools and restaurants and the actual lodging area on the other side of the road. There’s a pedestrian tunnel that goes under the road. Our lodgings were a decent walk from the beachfront. Would have been a little difficult for anyone with mobility issues. They provide a shuttle service but that can be unreliable at certain times of the day though. Overall would still recommend though. Family enjoyed the beach a lot.

Nice rooms and nice area in Ko Lanta.

We had a nice stay here in modern rooms, because the hotel allowed us to swap. I had booked a “plantation” bungalow and upon arrival it looked nothing like the pictures. Fran and dated. But they let me switch to one of the modern rooms which were nice. The common areas are not very well kept, they should fill water in the pools and fountains and just keep the outdoor area a bit better. The resort has direct beach access which is nice.

Beach Front Villa wasn´t at all what we expected. It was really old room with broken furnitures and cockroaches in every room. We can see on pictures from their website that the other rooms looks good and clean but this house felt like they totally forgot about. The kitchen was behind the house and we woke up at 4am every morning due to breakfast prep. We hardly never complain and are used to rooms in different condition but this was way too expensive for it´s standard.

Honestly not that great. Very social toilets.

This hotels wants to do everything, ends up not doing any one thing very good. Great location. Rooms: if you idea of a romantic get away is being able to watch and hear your partner go to the toilet this hotel is for you. It’s basically a glass stall so you can’t both hear and watch your significant other doing their business. Restaurants: None of them were good. Breakfast decent but boring. Room service: everything is by an app like WhatsApp. We used it once and they never responded. There are no phones in the rooms so I ended up walking down to the reception. Service: the concierge is very helpful in booking tours and renting out scooters. But when asked to book a restaurant for us they refused since they didn’t want to support “the competition” I feel like this is a hotel great if you bring kids that want pool time and bland food. Also your kids won’t be knocking on the door to the toilet since they can watch you through the glass door.

Bunty and his team get a solid 5 stars or more if I could give more stars. They went above and beyond to make our stay an amazing one. Bunty is always receptive to feedback and is always there to help us with tips on things to do and places to visit.. So service is 10/10. The location is also amazing 10/10. Right on the beach with lots of food and drink options. The Thai food at chedi and the cocktails at ten face are also amazing. So they have really good chef(s) and bartenders. As for the hotel and rooms, it looks like renovations are in progress and there is still work to be done on that front. Our original accommodation was still undergoing renovations so we were given the accommodation above it which was almost fully renovated, but it still needs some work to be done and needs attention to detail so for now 4/5 stars. To compensate for it they offered us a free dinner on the beach which was amazing and we really appreciated it. They are slowly opening more and more sections of the hotel so once all the renovations are complete, the rooms might get the full 5 stars. I believe the 2 year shut down during Covid caused a lot of wear and tear that the team is currently working on addressing. Hopefully the rooms get to join the 5 star club soon.

Personalen var jättetrevliga och väldigt snälla! Poolen och området var också jättebra. Dock såg bilderna på rummet bättre ut än vad det var i verkligheten så det var väl det enda som var lite negativt. Vi saknade också strykjärn till rummet för att kunna stryka våra kläder till kvällen. Men överlag jättebra vistelse och vi är nöjda! Lisa hjälpte oss när vi checkade ut och var väldigt trevlig!

Begge pools var grønne af alger første dag. De ordnede den ene men ventede 2 dage med den anden. Forfærdeligt hotel. Helt igennem helbredsskadeligt. En stor skimmel hule. Ondt i halsen og hovedpine er hvad du kan få her. Vi blev tilbudt 2 andre værelser men det samme. Sagde ja til det ene fordi aircondition virkede. Sri lantas løsning er at sætte affugtere op på værelser hvor folk klager. Så snart du kommer ind på gangen kan du lugte og mærke skimlen i dine luftveje. Når rengøringen har været der og du nærmer dig vasketøjet samlet i sække. Kan du lugte det flere meter væk Vi måtte forlade det efter 3 dage kun med vores tandbørster da vi ikke kunne være i det mere. Finde noget andet hurtigt og hente vores ting dagen efter. Hotellet fylder bare nye gæster ind på de vlrelser som andre bliver rykket fra når de klager. Brug 15 min i receptionen og der står andre gæster og klager over skimmel i værelserne. Stranden foran Srilanta ef fuld af byggeaffald. Gå 100 meter mod byen så slipper du for bygge affaldet. Srilanta the MOULD CAVE. IT WILL GET YOU SICK
