O Lux é um Hotel Antigo, eu diria "vintage". Tem alguns pontos a melhorar, mas são coisas que não me impedem de ficar lá, como colocar toalhas mais novas, revisar sempre se não falta alguma coisa no quarto, como controle remoto ou cobertas. Eu já estive três vezes lá, já fiz amizade com a equipe, é o ponto alto do Hotel, destaque para a equipe do café da manhã, e também pro Jal, Eric e Francisco. Eu gosto de ficar lá pq geralmente consigo descansar bem, não pega barulho dos andares de cima e pega pouco barulho do corredor. Não pega tanto barulho da rua também.

Me surpreendeu positivamente

Gostei bastante da minha estadia no Lux. O hotel é bastante antigo e precisa de várias melhorias, mas já fui sabendo disso, então não achei ruim. O banheiro realmente não está é muito prático pra tomar banho e molha por causa da cortina, talvez se fechasse a área de banho com tijolos e azulejos ficaria melhor. Mas a água é quente e tem pressão. O quarto é grande, achei silencioso para dormir. O café da manhã atende muito bem e os funcionários são atenciosos. Voltaria novamente.

É um hotel simples, a primeira impressão assusta pq é um prédio velho com móveis velhos mas além do bom atendimento pela equipe de funcionários ele tem uma coisa muito importante: quartos silenciosos, tô exaltando isso pq estou em outro hotel e não consigo dormir por causa do barulho que vem da rua.

Hotel muito agradável e central

O Hotel é bem conservado mesmo sendo um edifício antigo. A recepção muito gentil, especialmente Sr. Jau que me recebeu super bem. O Café da manhã simples e Bom. A localização é boa, mesmo sendo centro da cidade me sentir seguro, tomando os devidos cuidados como em qualquer centro de cidade. Custo-Benefício muito bom. Gostei muito e voltarei assim que puder.

Infelizmente a região está tomada de pessoas em situação de RUA … Local não tem vaga para carga e descarga das bagagens, estacionamento a 3 quadras do hotel, a estrutura do imóvel precisando de pequenos reparos e atualizações. Café da manhã muito bom, os funcionários de uma forma geral são agradáveis.
