We come here every year . The best staff happy hour is always great along with breakfast gives you a bed and breakfast feeling . The views are always stunning and the environment with all the friendly guest is the best . One recommendation I always will make is having curtains of some sort because of how much lighting comes into the room .

We truly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater Inn in St. Augustine, FL. The room was clean and well stocked with towels, water, coffee/tea and toiletry items. The breakfast and social hour were yummy and the staff was accomodating in meeting our needs.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast and social hour were a treat. I was in a street side room. Water view rooms would be nice. Great location. If you can walk over the bridge you can be in the heart of town in 10 minutes. I didn’t have to use my car at all.

Absolutely loved our stay! A nice quiet little hotel w a great view of St. Augustine and the fort across the river! Easy walk to the city, close to the beach and Mojos tacos!!!! Friendly staff and really cozy and comfortable.
