A very comfortable and well-located hotel. From here, you can do almost everything in the Ciudad Amurallada on foot. The hotel is comfortable and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed my room... the bed was comfortable, the shower had a unique design, and the space was generous. The only thing I missed was a mini fridge. The rooftop pool isn’t big, but it’s enough to cool down from the heat. There aren’t many seats protected from the sun, though. Breakfast is generous and delicious, and the ladies who prepare it are very warm and polite. I stayed in a ground-floor room, but if you get a room upstairs, be aware that there is no elevator. The staff is kind and professional. For the price, it’s a good accommodation, and I recommend it.

Masaya never disappoints!

We were upgraded to a bigger Room Which felt like an apartment. The challenge was getting the suitcases up the very thighs stairs but very thankfully the staff help us. The view for the pool is very nice and the breakfast very extensive.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel. Our room decor was nice and has a rustic feel. The open air shower was amazing. The pool on the roof top was perfect for a swim to try and beat the heat. Location was everything! Close to anything you may need. So many bars, restaurants, clubs, shops, street food etc. But most of all, the staff were amazing!! I can’t talk enough about how they took care of all our needs, and did it with a warm smile and fun attitude. All the staff we encountered became our friends by the end of the trip. They were the best!

For the most part this is a five star hotel. My wife and I got married at the Museo Naval which is close by. She rode with her mother on one of the horse carriges from the front door of the hotel to the ceremony. We stayed in one of the executive suites that were spacious and lavish. Only complaint was breakfast was up on the roof in the hot humidity and we had to keep asking for things. Seemed like everybody was hot and grumpy up there lol
