The room was clean, but the towels could use an upgrade as they were old, stained, and only provided two. There’s an additional fee upon arrival for street cleaning. If you need a shuttle, that’s also an extra charge and not complimentary. The front desk staff was very nice and communicated promptly via WhatsApp, ensuring you had what you needed as soon as possible. They don't provided you with a cover just a sheet for the bed.

This was our first stay at Senses and we were DELIGHTED by everything - great location on La Quinta Avenida (for shopping and dining), great facility with balconies overlooking the street as well as a beautiful rooftop pool and deck with views of the ocean, great staff (friendly and helpful). They stored our luggage as we arrived early and didn't need to leave until late.
