The room was clean with plenty of towels and hot water and great water pressure. The view was incredible. The staff was awesome, they answered all of our questions and were so kind. The location is unbeatable, four major sites are less than 10 mins walking. We loved the vending machines for a quick drink! Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Siena. This hotel is in a great location in Siena as you can almost drive to the door (you do need to park away from the hotel) to drop off luggage and you are on the edge of the old town of Siena and its square. We had a balcony with a great view of the old town and breakfast and service from the front desk were great!
