A very best hotel

This was our second time staying at a Mitsui hotel. This location is extremely good: new clean and the room is very well designed. On the opt of it the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the Osaka Station and a public path on the top floor. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and will stay at it if we visit Osaka again.

Enjoyed a great stay, everywhere immaculately clean, fabulous experience in the onsen. Staff were attentive and very helpful especially Sato on reception desk. Breakfast has good choices, bed was comfortable and shower in room was terrific. Our only little grumble is the fact the lounge on top floor cannot be used unless you stay on one of the upper floors . Whilst that may be advertised it is not very clear, we would have been happy to pay for drinks etc to gain entry and experience the view.

Excellent location for business stay.

Great place for an extended business trip. Was here for 2 weeks. Room was a bit small, but that's normal for Osaka. The lounge was excellent, both for working and for relaxing in the evening. Restaurant was good too, though it was too crowded at breakfast. Hotel very handily placed, 5 mins walk from the metro.

Good location, really nice shuttle bus to the Umeda station. But the bed is extremely hard and they couldn’t help with that at all.

Try nice hotel in a business area. Great onsen and nice rooms. Only two coin operated laundry machines, which wasn’t enough as they were impossible to find free. Also, air conditioning was very difficult to get right, and their “eco friendly” cleaning service also means, interestingly, that they don’t even make your bed. Good breakfast annd a good value overall. A very nice hotel.

Excellent

The Mitsui hotel chain is amazing . All of their locations are great. You're getting a Four seasons hotel experience (Staff, Venue, Locations) at a fraction of the price . This particular location was centrally located with access to anywhere in the city . Rooms, Bedding and mattress were all 10/10 as well as the ONSEN (which is great after exploring the city all day. I'd recommend this hotel and I cannot wait until my return next year.
