We had a great stay at the 4 Seasons! The 2 Queen suite was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the heater worked well. We enjoyed hot chocolate by the fire and time in the game room after skiing. The hotel is very close to the ski resort and several restaurants. The staff were very friendly!

The room is extremely dated and doesn’t look clan. The sofa in the room looked so gross I wouldn’t event let my toddler touch it. However, the staff was very friendly and the location is convenient to activities. Can’t say I recommend it but it depends on your needs.

The hotel is a cool old building in a great location and the staff was courteous. However, we booked the room for 3 people (1 bed and a pull out sofa bed), but there were no linens for the sofa bed. When my husband asked for some, he was given only a fitted sheet. The carpet in the room looked as though it had not been vacuumed in a long time.

Property was sold just before we stayed there. The new General Manager(Dale Daniel)was very accommodating to our needs etc... , and provided outstanding customer service . When we arrived, the property was under a total renovation of most of the rooms etc...However, I will definitely stay there again because of the excellent service the new management team provided ,and the property should be fully modernized by this time next year.

Place is OLD! It is clean for the most part. Some hair in shower, spoons NOT clean, have food on them, the floor (3rd) is uneven, sagging in places. Just not what we expected for the cost $242 for one night. Oh and the “heat” was on full blast and room stayed cool. Do NOT recommend especially in the winter.

Didnt stay for very long because we only needed overnight accomodations. The woman who called me to verify our arrival time and make sure we knew what to do for after hours checkin was very kind and helpful. Great customer service.

heatwave escape

I was great to have a kitchen, going out to eat after hiking all day is exhausting. AC would have been nice but the weather was cool enough for just a fan.
Anna, 3-night trip

8/10 Very good

Overall it all worked out and we had a good visit on the mountain. The location was perfect to rent our gear from wolf lodge and we snowboarded both Sugar and Beech mountain. There were just a few things I would have liked to seen done differently. First when we checked in and I asked about the ski passes listed on the amenities of the reservation the front desk pretty much let me know they had no idea what I was talking about and they do not write the descriptions on hotels.com and basically too bad. Obviously I was upset because I could have chosen a place with a hot tub or one that at least provided blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. Not only that but our reservation was for 6 people but the 3 tiny pots in the room were pretty useless for our group. The bathroom was also not clean, there was hair in the tub, on the toilet, and in the corners of the bathroom. The beds and towels were clean and fresh however. My kids also enjoyed the apple cider and hot coco that was provided in the lobby. The pool table was ok but they definitely need new sticks. The restaurant next door was a savior when it was open because its slim pickens once you are up the mountain.
