I rented a room with two queen beds and there was only one towel in the bathroom area and when I asked for another towel I was told that it would be brought to my room and it never was then online it says breakfast is available I go to have breakfast and was told my room was ineligible so overall my stay was terrible I will not ever be getting another room with you guys and I'm completely disappointed with the whole stay

The room smelled of stale cigarettes and had roaches dead and alive, the fan in the bathroom was taped/tacked to the ceiling and they only gave us one towel for 4 people to shower. The check in staff seemed like she didn't even want to be there.

There were homeless non paying people in common areas sleeping in chairs and on floor inside. They were also outside in hidden areas. There were bugs (roaches) inside room. No hot water. There was non paying people in the parking lot area sleeping in cars and travel trailers set up living in them. I tried to get my money back but there was not a manager and my ride had come to take me to another hotel. I bought the insurance and will be looking to be reimbursed. Please do not recommend people to stay here. I was actually scared a few times.

Front desk was shared with Clarion. I asked guy at front desk which I should choose, his reply "Whichever you like". No mention that the Econo was under revamp and absolutely filthy. First floor was in complete disarray all the rooms torn apart, second floor hallway had filthy carpet, the elevator was filthy, room was not bad, but shoes squeaked on floor, dogs barking, loud music from rooms. This facility should not have been in service.
