Das Zimmer - Penthouse Suite mit Whirlpool - war hervorragend! Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und aufgeräumt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielseitig, es gab täglich unterschiedliche Auswahl. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Servicepersonal war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Die Hotelanlage hat uns besonders gut gefallen, sehr verwinkelt und nicht alle Liegen an einem Platz. Vorhandene Sonnenbetten und gemütliche Liegen. Für Schattenliebhaber herausfordernd, weil die Schirme so gut wie gar nicht verstellbar sind. Das einzig negative für mich war die Lautstärke der Springbrunnen auf dem Gelände - das war nachts trotz geschlossener Balkontür deutlich zu hören.

We had a relaxing stay at this property. After some minor issues with our room at the start of our stay, we ended up having a wonderful trip. The issues were quickly rectified by the staff. We had the absolute best time here! We love this hotel and will definitely be back. The staff was nice and attentive, the hotel was beautiful, the food at the restaurants was delightful. The overall vibe is peaceful and relaxing. The guests were respectful and we never had to fight for a spot to layout by the pool. The pool bar was great and it had many choices for food and drinks. There are many places nearby within walking distance or a cheap taxi away like Anthony Quinn Bay. Also has free parking. Pool towels are €20 cash deposit.

A perfect stay

Stayed here for a week at the end of July. The hotel was fully booked but you would never have thought so, it had such a relaxed atmosphere and no rushing for sun loungers! A great choice of different beds around the pool both in the sun and in the shade. Every single staff member provided immaculate service, and nothing was ever a hassle to them. Great little touches such as handing out frozen face towels when lying at the pool, and coming round with a face mist as it was roasting. We had a room with our own pool which I would 100% recommend. It made the whole experience feel more luxurious and it was great being able to use our pool at any time of the day/night. The food at the hotel is excellent, some of the best food i’ve ever had. We enjoyed it so much we ate here 2 nights, which is something we wouldn’t typically do on holiday as we like to try new places. Would definitely recommend any of the sushi, the picanha steak and also the prawn ceviche pasta. The hotel is in a good area, 10 minute walk to faliraki centre which means you are away from the chaos of the strip/loud bars. There were always electric scooters outside of the hotel which we found so handy for nipping in to faliraki centre as we were there in a matter of minutes (plus they are really fun!) Overall, I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone especially couples. I don’t usually like visiting the same holiday destination/hotel twice but this is an exception! Looking to book again for next year.

The hotel was a short walk from the beach and places to eat. In our opinion, the hotel restaurant was the best in the area. Our only criticism was the Boutique Soul 'convention' which lasted a week and made the hotel too noisy - we were not informed of this prior to our stay. We chose the hotel because it was in a quiet location and it would have been a perfect stay without the bus loads of music lovers.

We were in love with the luxurious calming vibe and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered! Georgeous setting, beautiful flowers and plants surrounding the hotel. It’s a lovely swimming pool area. Bar & restaurant staff are friendly & food was good. Not much gluten free food available. No draws in the room & only one shelf under hanging area. Only 6 hangers supplied. It was a shame that they were still working on 2 rooms, above us & work was starting at 8-8.30am! Not great when you were only getting into bed early hours of the morning

This place was nothing like Expedia made it look like it was gonna be. It was dirty very limited staff. The restaurant and spa was not even open. And when we expressed our concern to the owner, he got very defensive and it was almost threatening. Do yourself a favor and stay in the old town of Rhodes where you are either in a castle fortress or just outside and have so many more things around you than this sad little town. I would never stay here again. It was the biggest disappointment of anything I’ve ever booked on Expedia in the past 10 years. It ruined my five year anniversary with my boyfriend. And Expedia did not back it up.
