View was nice. Hard to appreciate when its rainy but that’s not the hotels fault. The staff was disorganized. Check in was confusing. The person at the desk was obviously new but management just left her on her own, fully out of her depth. I felt sorry for her but it still caused friction. They kept out luggage and when i got my carry on, it was damaged. Understand i pack and inspect it multiple times a day. I would not return and would recommend another hotel

Amazing service and communication. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is tasty. They will meet you at the train station and take your bags back to the station when you leave. They had a living room we could use with couch and restroom when we arrived hours before check in. I would give more stars if I could.
