Everything about this hotel was perfect. Greeted us like family. Room was spotless and was cleaned every day. Air conditioning was excellent. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen staff friendly and breakfast was always excellent. I would highly recommend the Rayon to anyone who wants to go to Negril and be steps away from the beach. We’re hoping to go again next year. Lovely Hotel and Staff

This hotel is a true gem. The staff can’t be more helpful, kind and sweet. We arrived before 10:00 to check in and we only had to wait a short time to go to our room. I didn’t get the names of the staff but the amazing lady in the restaurant is just so sweet and the fab lady at the reception was brilliant, along with the other fantastic staff! The hotel has access to beaches across the road which are beautiful. Breakfast is included with the option of continental or Jamaica breakfast……. plus a pancakes, waffles etc. we also had dinner in the restaurant one evening which was yummy and cooked to order. Will be back for sure when back in Negril.
