O quarto muito limpo, cheiroso, ar condicionado gelou bastante, cama muito boa. Os funcionários são uns queridos, desde o pessoal da recepção, no café, as moças que arrumam os quartos. Eu amei tudo e todos, com certeza voltarei. Sobre a localização bem perto da estação da luz e foi muito fácil mesmo de mala chegar até o hotel. Viemos de metrô do aeroporto de Guarulhos até a estação da luz e andamos até o hotel, muito prático. Tem moradores de rua pelo caminho mas não foi problema.

O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas oferece todo o necessário para se hospedar. O Acesso é fácil e próximo a mutos lugares. Alguns itens no quarto ja estavam muito desgastados, como a cortina, o móvel do quarto, mas nada que cumprisse a função para qual foi designado. A TV antiga sem opção de conectar um streaming, seria bom uma atualização, pois o mesmo estava bem cheio, creio que os hospedes merecem uma adequação do eletro.
