In general, it was good. It was clean, had a good breakfast and most of the staff were very professional and friendly. The drawbacks were the delay in the checking, I had to wait almost two hours beyond the checking time and the Wi-Fi that was almost inexistent. The connection, even when I came down to the reception area, would not last more than a couple of minutes.

Boa estadia. Os pontos negativos ficam pelo tamanho reduzido dos quartos e os elevadores antigos cujos barulhos às vezes davam medo. Os pontos positivos fica pela gentileza e prestatividade de todo o pessoal do hotel. Também destacou a ótima localização e o ótimo café da manhã.

Hotel maravilhoso.

Fiquei hospedado por 7 dias no hotel Vistamar e foi tudo muito incrivel. Fiquei em um quarto com 3 amigos e os mesmo era muito bom. Destado a excelente localização, limpeza, conforto, cafe da manhã maravilhoso, servico de quarto perfeito, educacao de todos os funcionarios onde quero destacar a gentileza, simpatia do recepcionista Marcos que foi muito cordital e sempre pronto a nos atender, (nota mil pra ele). No mais foi tudo maravilhoso. Super recomendo esse hotel. Voltarei com certeza.

Muito bom!

Tive uma ótima estadia, dos funcionários o atendente Marcos da recepção era muito cordial, a funcionária Adriana do café uma pessoa incrível com o sorriso no rosto todas as manhãs alegrava meu dia, muito simpática e prestativa. Não gostei da entrada do estacionamento com relação ao estacionamento, tinha que descer do carro para acionar o botão para abri o portão. Não tem sinalização no hotel para caso de saída de emergência. Não utilizei o cofre do apartamento por está no local inacessível, fica praticamente no chão na parte de baixo do armário para ter acesso preciso ficar de joelhos, muito incoveniente. No demais foi muito bom, fora essas críticas construtivas eu me hospedaria novamente.

O hotel é bem localizado, em frente a orla, pegamos quarto com sacada e era relativamente pequeno, mas nos atendeu, o café da manhã é ok, mas se ficar muitos dias você n tem mts opções. So tivemos um único problema desde que chegamos e foi a internet, não funcionou nem no celular muito menos na tv, falamos com todos os funcionários e nada foi resolvido. O elevador tbm só cabe 3 pessoas, então as vezes nos descíamos de escada.

Hotel 3 estrelas, bom

O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a restaurantes, em frente à orla, há alguns metros de uma praça de food-trucks e da feira de artesanato. Só que o estacionamento do hotel é rotativo e talvez não dê para todos os quartos. Inicialmente estacionamos na rua até surgir vaga no estacionamento interno. Mas a estadia foi boa e tranquila. O quarto era pequeno, mas foi tudo bem. Observação negativa é quanto à capacidade limitada de carga dos elevadores, que aceitam somente 3 pessoas por vez. A tapioca no café da manhã não é boa, mas todas as outras comidas da pista são ótimas e variadas.

Localização muito boa. No entanto, o hotel precisa de algumas melhorias. O quarto é menor do que parece nas fotos, na cama - de casal que eram duas de solteiro - só possui lençol e cobre leito, não há cobertor. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar, poucas opções e com demora para reposição. Os ovos mexidos pareciam que ainda estavam crus. A área da piscina é boa, mas também pequena - em dias de lotação deve ser impossível utilizá-la. Por fim, considero que em Maceió tenha melhores opções de hospedagens pelo mesmo valor.

Elevadores super pequenos e lotados, para entrar ou sair esperava mais de 40 min pra tentar entrar no elevador. Muito barulho gerado pelos funcionários, pois se comunicavam “gritando” (um em uma ponta do corredor e outro e outro em algum outro lugar longe) ou seja dormir até tarde era complicado. A limpeza também ficou claro que não é feito direito, no meu quarto achei cílios postiços colados no espelho que fica no quarto.
